Lose weight feel great, get stronger, get fitter!
Every Monday and Wednesday morning at 8am by the driving range.
Bootcamp encompasses both intense aerobic exercises along with weighted strength exercises including battle ropes, tractor tyre, kettlebells and slam balls.
*Due to COVID-19 we ask that any mat based classes booked, that you please bring your own mat*
